Harmetz - Soprano</b></i></font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Elizabeth
Harmetz is a recent graduate of the <a href="http://www.sfcm.edu/" target="_blank">San
Francisco Conservatory of Music</a> where she earned her Master of
Music in vocal performance. Her most recent performances include <i>Susanna</i>
in <i><b>The Marriage of Figaro</b></i> with Summer Music West, a
production she also Assistant Directed, and <i>Belinda</i> in a production
of <b><i>Dido and Aeneas</i></b> for the Conservatory Baroque Ensemble.
Highlights of her career include the roles of <i>Kate</i> and <i>Laurey</i>
in the musicals <i><b>Kiss Me Kate</b></i> and <i><b>Oklahoma!</b></i>.
In Italy, Elizabeth studied the operatic roles <i>Despina</i>, from
Mozart's <i><b>Cosi fan tutte</b></i> and <i>Musetta</i>, from Puccini's
<i><b>La Boheme</b></i>.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Elizabeth
is an opera singer in the San Francisco and Orlando areas specializing
in opera, musical comedy and classical secular music for concerts,
theatre and weddings. She also teaches private voice lessons from
her studio. As a wedding singer and wedding vocalist, her repertoire
spans from classical art songs and operatic such as <i>Ave Maria</i>
by Schubert, <i>Lakme duet</i> by Delibes to popular musical comedy
fare <i>Somewhere</i> and <i>Sunrise,Sunset</i> from <i><b>West side
story</b></i> and <i><b>Fiddler on the Roof</b></i>.</font></p>
